The company is an innovative direct-to-consumer startup that's building an FDA-approved tool that recommends birth control more effectively than a physician can. Well funded, with a strong team, this direct-to-consumer healthcare startup is revolutionizing women's access to healthcare, starting with birth control.

We're looking for an exceptional Growth Manager, with DTC experience, to lead performance marketing. Reporting to the Head of Brand, and working alongside the Head of Product, you'll build the tools, processes, and team to support the company's mission and growth ambitions. The ideal candidate is scrappy with an entrepreneurial mindset who is able to think big picture and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

50%. Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing

  • Lead acquisition and performance marketing (PPC) to optimize for volume, CAC, and LTV
  • Identify and test new channels while keeping budgets lean
  • Work with the Brand team to build and execute acquisition and retention/referral strategies
  • Manage email/CRM/SMS marketing campaigns and automations.

30%. Cross-Functional Growth

  • Work with the Product team to improve the product to drive bottom-line growth - such as testing pricing, improving conversion, and optimizing retention.
  • Work with the Brand team to test messaging strategies and identify our core customer persona
  • Alongside the Brand team, identify mutually beneficial commercial partnerships to scale the number of women Tuune can reach

20% Insights and data

  • Track key metrics and use those to drive performance
  • Testing messaging and marketing strategy to optimize performance
  • Conduct customer interviews to refine the messaging and marketing strategy


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience with a high-growth company in a similar role
  • Experience managing and growing a team
  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience managing or running PPC and Paid Social campaigns
  • Proficient with email marketing and/or CRM tools
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and performance metrics
  • Experience in health, tech, and/or DTC brand a plus
